I LOVE Chocolate ! So today I’m going to share with you an easy recipe that will blow your tongue away; Dark Tobleron mousse.
I’m not going to lie it takes ~ 30’ to prepare and it’s not as easy as the Pancakes. But it’s delicious so it’s all that matter ? (it serves 4peps)
You will need:
- 150 g of Tobleron
- 1 egg
- 1 TS of icing sugar
- 1 TS of vanilla extract
- 200 ml of whipped cream
First break this little chocolate mountain and melt it in a bowl with a water bath.
Mix the egg the sugar and the vanilla and give it a good whipped. Add the melted chocolate.
Whip the cream. When it’s done gently stir it with the chocolate.
Let it rest 3 hours in the fridge.
If you wish to keep it more than 24 hours, don’t add the egg .
