I think I already said that but I really, really, really love chocolate !
Therefore today I’m going to share with you my “secret” recipe to realise amazing chocolate fondant.
Ingredients 4 peps:
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 50g of butter
- 75g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 25g of flavour
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oven 180°C
- Melt the chocolate with the butter
- In a bowl add the eggs and the sugar and mix it hard !
- Add the flavour and the pinch of salt
- While you mix add the melted chocolate
Now the important part !
Choose THE mould. It should be easy to release the cake, not too wide or deep. Grease it with butter and add your mix (1 big cake or 4 regular).
10-12 min but keep an eye on it ! If you have the feeling, it can stay a bit longer in the oven do it.
