Jo’s chocolate Fondant

I think I already said that but I really, really, really love chocolate !
Therefore today I’m going to share with you my “secret” recipe to realise amazing chocolate fondant.

Ingredients 4 peps:

  • 100g of dark chocolate
  • 50g of butter
  • 75g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 25g of flavour
  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Oven 180°C
  2. Melt the chocolate with the butter
  3. In a bowl add the eggs and the sugar and mix it hard !
  4. Add the flavour and the pinch of salt
  5. While you mix add the melted chocolate

Now the important part !
Choose THE mould. It should be easy to release the cake, not too wide or deep. Grease it with butter and add your mix (1 big cake or 4 regular).

10-12 min but keep an eye on it ! If you have the feeling, it can stay a bit longer in the oven do it.
